Product Information and Pricing

anyycart Store works diligently to keep product descriptions, pricing, specifications, and availability details accurate and current. If an error occurs in product information, pricing, or availability, we may correct that error and cancel any orders placed on the basis of the incorrect information, at no cost to you. For items with natural variability (such as handmade goods or products made from natural materials), minor differences in dimensions, weight, or appearance from the listed specifications may occur. Product information and warnings are supplied for reference only; anyycart Store cannot guarantee that products are free from cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Product availability may differ depending on your delivery zone, pickup location, and chosen time slot.

Orders and Payment

Every order is contingent upon product availability and acceptance by anyycart Store. We may decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, breach these terms, or cannot be fulfilled because of stock shortages. Full payment must be received before an order is dispatched or collected, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms
